All prices are inclusive of bed linen and towels, the use of the cot and the high chair. There is no booking fee and there is no extra charge for pet cleaning. There are a selection of free to use children's beach toys that guests may enjoy and return at the end of your stay.

All prices can be seen by clicking on the arrival date and selecting the number of days you wish to stay. There is a maximum stay of 14 nights. During peak periods bookings are limited to 7 and 14 days. At non-peak times short stays are available from 3 nights.

Your booking will initially be reserved for 7 days, at which point a 25% deposit will be required. The balance is payable 8 weeks prior to your stay. If your booking is made within 8 weeks of your stay, full payment will be required at the time of reservation.

In the comments section, please include details of the number and type of any pets staying, and whether you would like the bed set up in the 2nd bedroom as a twin or a super king.

There is a refundable damage deposit of £150 per booking, to be payable with the balance 8 weeks prior to your stay. This will be returned within 7 days after of the departure date in accordance with the Terms & Conditions.
